What we collect
Name, email, phone number, company, trip details such as route, date, number of passengers and any notes you send us.
Why we use it
To prepare and send you an offer, to perform the transport service, to issue invoices and to meet our legal obligations as a passenger carrier and tour organiser.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit a request, the performance of a contract, and our legal obligations under Lithuanian and EU law.
How long we keep it
Offer requests are kept for up to 12 months. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Who receives it
Only JND staff and drivers who need it to perform the service, and accounting or IT providers bound by confidentiality.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@jnd.lt. You may also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
